WothIf Terms of Use

Purpose and limitations
WothIf is an educational tool for exploring hypothetical asset values. It does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and does not recommend buying, selling or holding any asset. Results are estimates based on your inputs and reference prices, not predictions or guarantees of future performance. You are responsible for your decisions; consult a qualified professional for advice about your circumstances. WothIf does not hold funds, connect wallets, execute trades or provide brokerage services.
Quotes are reference data from third parties, may be delayed or unavailable, and may differ from executable exchange prices. The current service normally reuses a shared cache for up to five minutes; refreshing does not guarantee a new quote. Displayed freshness notices and manual-price labels matter. Calculations exclude fees and taxes unless expressly stated. No market data or result is guaranteed accurate, complete or continuously available.
App license and market data
For Apple-distributed versions, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the app license unless a separately accepted custom license applies. These terms describe WothIf's service; they do not replace mandatory Apple terms or override applicable consumer rights.
Use the calculator and displayed data for your personal, non-commercial analysis. Do not resell or redistribute the market feed, expose it as your own API, bypass access/rate controls or extract provider credentials. Data provided by CoinMarketCap.com. Third-party names and coin logos belong to their respective owners; inclusion does not imply endorsement.
Purchases and subscription availability
In-app purchasing is not enabled in the current calculator build. If monthly and yearly Crypto subscriptions are offered, both billing options will provide the same Crypto access. Before any purchase, the App Store purchase sheet and localized product information will show the applicable price, billing period and taxes. A yearly option is charged upfront for the full year. Do not rely on roadmap pricing as an offer to purchase.
When enabled, payment is charged through your Apple Account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal under Apple's purchase terms. Manage or cancel through Apple's subscription settings. Turning off renewal generally preserves access until the paid period ends; expiry, refund/revocation and applicable billing status may affect access. Deleting WothIf does not cancel a subscription. Restore purchases using the same Apple Account where supported. No free trial is promised; any later offer must disclose its own duration and renewal price.
Cancellation and refund requests
Manage or cancel renewal in Apple subscription settings. Cancelling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions; cancelling does not automatically refund a previous charge. For purchases billed by Apple, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple determines eligibility under its policies and applicable law; approval is not guaranteed. See Apple's refund instructions. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights. Renewal information
When purchasing is enabled, the purchase screen will show the billing period, full localized renewal amount and how to manage/cancel. Yearly means one upfront charge for a year, not monthly installments. We do not promise a separate WothIf reminder before every renewal; check the renewal date in Apple's subscription settings. Any future trial must clearly show when it ends and the price charged afterward. Subscription availability depends on your storefront.
Availability, changes and privacy
Service outages, provider limits and connectivity can affect quotes. Loaded local calculations may remain usable offline, but obtaining new prices requires internet access. We may maintain or change the service, subject to obligations to paying customers and applicable law; this does not waive rights for undelivered paid service. Future roadmap modules are not included unless explicitly offered as part of your purchase.
Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
